In order to give better and timely service to our T/ST and other members, the Institution has implemented Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) at IEI
Existing T/ST/Associate/Corporate members of the Institution interested to know the roll number/examination results/ payment details or any other queries related to Examination/Membership may dial the number 033 4015 5400.
Members are to key-in 7 digit membership number and first 11 digits of the reference number received through sms or letter from IEI (as applicable) and follow the instruction as sounded by the system.
2.Can I take print of my admit card from website and use it in exams?
Yes. You can take print of admit card from http://www.ieindia.info/ and use it in exam hall alongwith identity card.
3.How should I confirm that my exam form has been accepted and I m eligible to appear for forthcoming exam.?
You will not any letter at your home address regarding acceptance of exam form. However, you may get an sms ( but not always). Roll number/admit card generally appear on website http://www.ieindia.info/ or http://www.amiestudycircle.com/ about two weeks before start of exams.
4.When will I receive my hall ticket (admit card) for exam?
Roll numbers are generally issued about 15 days before start of exams. These roll numbers are published on IEI website http://www.ieindia.info/ or you can view these roll numbers on http://www.amiestudycircle.com/ at appropriate time.
You can also take print of admit card and use this with identity card in exam hall.
Printed admit card can be obtained from exam hall/or your centre.

5.I have filled & sent exam form to IEI. Will I get admit card at my home address? When?
You will NOT get admit card at your home address. Instead, you have to collect admit card from your exam centre a few days before start of exams or on the day of exam at exam centre by showing your identity card.
You can also download admit card from website http://www.ieindia.org/ about fifteen days before start of exams.
6.I have also got membership number (ST524674-7) from IEI. When I enter this no. for getting my roll no. it is displayed that your membership no. is Incorrect. What is the reason?
If you have not applied for exams so far, then your roll number will not be displayed. Moreover there are three boxes appear to fill membership number. Select ST or T in first box, Type number 524674 (in your case) in second box and 7 in third box (in your case).
Generally roll numbers are issued about 10 to 15 days before start of exams on http://www.ieindia.org/ and a link is also given at http://www.amiestudycircle.com/
If you check your roll number before that then error will occur.
