Which benefits IE(I) 's students and students of other engineering college.The National Design and Research Forum (NDRF) of The Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI) has been formed to promote Design and Research in various branches of engineering.
The National Design and Research Forum (NDRF) – An Autonomous Fora of The Institution of Engineers (India), has been formed to promote Design and Research in various branches of engineering. As a part of this, NDRF annually conducts national level design competition for the students. NDRF is happy to announce the 42nd All India Student Design Competition – 2011.
The competition is open to students studying in final/pre-final year leading to BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech /MS or equivalent courses in engineering or have passed Section 'A' Examination of IEI. Entries are invited in the following engineering disciplines from the student community. * Aerospace * Agricultural * Architectural * Chemical * Civil * Computer * Electronics & Telecommunication * Electrical * Environmental * Marine * Mechanical * Metallurgical and Materials * Mining * Textile * Production The last date for receiving entries is August 31, 2011.
