The Council at its 670thmeeting held at Ahmedabad during 31st March – 1st April 2012, decided to enhance the fee for Chartered Engineer Certificate from Rs. 2,000.00 to
Rs. 5,000.00 (for applicants from India/Nepal) and US $200 to US $500 (for applicants from other countries) with effect from 1 July 2012.
However, Corporate members already in possession of Chartered Engineer Certificate applying for the same after upgradation / transfer of membership or more than once for
any other reason, the fee will remain same i.e. Rs. 2,000.00 (for applicants from India/Nepal) and US $200 (for applicants from other countries). Such Corporate Members
should apply with a copy of existing Chartered Engineer Certificate. The proforma application for Chartered Engineer Certificate is available at website www.ieindia.info
