| Introduction of Photo Identity Card for Associates (AIE) |
The Council at its 660th meeting held at Shimla during July 03-04, 2010, decided to introduce Photo Identity Card as compulsory for the grade of Associate (AIE) with effect from April 1, 2011.
Existing members in the grade of Associate (AIE) may also apply for the same with a fee for Rs 250.00. Interested members are requested to apply for the Photo Identity Card in the prescribed downloadable proforma (click here) addressed to Director (Membership), The Institution of Engineers (India), 8 Gokhale Road, Kolkata 700 020.
