Lt Gen (Retd) B S Dhaliwal PVSM, AVSM, VSM – a member of the IEI Council and the nominee of TheInstitution of Engineers (India) for the prestigious ‘FEIAP Engineer of the Year 2011’ Award, was
presented with the Award at a ceremony during the Inaugural FEIAP Convention and 18th FEIAP General
Assembly held on 02 - 06 October 2011 at Singapore.
