What are the reasons of exam form rejections?

Frequent reasons of Exam form rejection are given below (with clause):


2.01
The particulars quoted in the examination application form are either wrong or incomplete, that is, Membership Number missing/wrong Membership Number (Clause 3.3).


2.02
You are not eligible to re-appear in the examination as you have already passed completely in an earlier attempt


2.03
You are not on the roll with the Membership Number quoted by you (Clause 1.1).


2.05
Your application for registration of Section B with requisite fee has not been received/received with wrong branch/optional subject code number(s) (Clause 2.3).


2.06
You are not eligible for Section A Examination as your stipulated period of six years is expired with Winter 2010 Examination. Thereafter, your application for Re-registration for Section A Examination with requisite fee has not been received.


2.07
You are not eligible for Section B Examination as your stipulated period of six years is expired with Winter 2010 Examination. Thereafter, your application for Re-registration and registration of Section B (with demand draft of Rs. 1500/- an Rs. 3000/-) have not been received.


2.13
Since you were elected as T/ST member after 28 Feb 11, you are not eligible to appear in Summer 2011 examination as per rules.


2.14
You have already secured exemption in all subjects of Section B as per the scheme. Project report and/or laboratory experiments is/are yet to be completed.


2.15
Payment of examination fee by credit card as authorised by you has been declined by the bank.
