President Inaugurates Bareilly Local Centre of IEI

The Institution of Engineers ( India) Have largest network of state and local in India as compare to any pofessional engineering body in India.

Mr G Prabhakar, the then President of the Institution, inaugurated the Bareilly Local Centre under the jurisdiction of the Uttar Pradesh State Centre of the Institution, on December 10, 2011. Mr Madan Lal, Past President; Mr V L Malhotra, the then Vice President; Mr S C Jain, Chairman, U P State Centre; Mr S P Singh, the  then  Council Member;  Mr Apporva Agha, Past Chairman of the U P State Centre and Maj Gen R K Sanan, VSM  (Retd), Secretary & Director General, of the Institution, were present during the function. Mr Prem Prakash Gupta graced the occasion as the Guest-of- Honour. The function was organized at the premises  

  
of Prem Prakash Gupta Institute of Engineering, Bareilly. After ‘Deep Prajwalan’ and ‘Saraswati Vandana’, Mr G Prabhakar, the then President, IEI, declared Bareilly Local Centre as open and in operation and nominated  the Chairman and Honorary Secretary of the Centre. Maj Gen R K Sanan, VSM (Retd), Secretary and Director General, IEI, read out the Warrant of Establishment of Bareilly Local Centre, specifying the names of all Executive Members of the Local Centre. Mr Madan Lal, Mr V L Malhotra, Mr S P Singh, Mr S C Jain, Mr Apporva Agha and Mr Prem Prakash Gupta also addressed the gathering.   Mr K B Agarwal, Chairman of the Bareilly Local Centre,proposed the vote of thanks.
